Refund policy

A: Yes. Returns are allowed on most items for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be returned within 90 days of the purchase date. SALE items are not allowed to be returned. 

 

Q: Are there any restocking fees?

A: No.

 

Q: What do I need to do if I want to return something? 

A: Please send an email to shopsagecreek@gmail.com and state NAME ON ORDER, DATE PURCHASED, ITEM TO BE RETURNED, & REASON FOR RETURN. If return is accepted, we will email back with return address. Customer is responsible for return shipping. When we receive the item, we will send you a GIFT CARD via email within 3 business days.
